Comment: Westlake amici.Complaint I ordered a Oregon roll on the 3rd of October 2016, with other foods aswell. It was really disappointing as the roll was not fresh, it was not Oregon sauce and the steak looked like a 10 rand peace of minute steak. Unfortunately when I wanted to return the restaurant was closed already. We live in unit 155 and make use of the restaurant frequently, and never had bad food, always nice but will not ever order that again, I am even sceptical to order burgers. Comment: In my experience since using Amici Malakite the experience has been terrible. Delivery within the complex is slow, half the time items you want to order are not available even something as basic as a chicken burger or a chocolate brownie isn't an option. The beef lasagne is extremely overpriced for the tiny portion that is delivered with no sides or anything. I am extremely disappointed in what we are getting for something that was used as a marketing strategy to buy into Malakite!

Comment: We made a booking for 26Dec at Amici Amsterdam. As we were not residents we didn't have access to enter the complex. When we arrived the guard at the gate could not assist us. So we called the restaurant to help but they had no idea how to let us in and were very unhelpful. Eventually we were given to managers no to phone but didn't bother as we quite frustrated. We eventually left and went elsewhere for lunch.

Comment: No stock. No cheese for pizza. Always running out of alcohol. No supervision. A joke Rather uber and get drinks and better food. Close down and have a better management take over. Family management - a laugh.

Comment: The service at Greenstone Crest has become awful. We used to go 3-4 times a week and don't want to go anymore. Had to make a scene today to get service and we were the only table!!!!! There is also never stock. Extremely annoyed.

Comment: The service at Greenstone Crest is absolutely horrific. The poor man making the pizza has to serve tables to because the waitress is too lazy to assist (and we were the ONLY table.) The stock levels are always low and it takes 3-4 tries of ordering something before finding something to order that is actually available. This happens all the time lately and I will certainly not be going back! Such a pity as we were regulars but will rather go elsewhere from now on.
